我們所有的鍛造刀具都完全對稱，100% 適合左撇子和右撇子使用🤝🏽。

刀具經手工開刃至略低於 30°（兩側合計）。若使用可調整角度的磨刀工具，建議設定為 28° 以獲得最佳效果（每側 14°）。
