The matte sand-blasted finish is a nice touch—it doesn't slide around in my hand even when things get greasy. At 245mm, it's long enough to hold a roast steady without feeling clumsy.
The matte finish feels almost silky in the hand, and the laser-cut precision gives it a balanced weight that makes carving effortless. My roast chicken carved up cleanly with just a gentle push, no sawing needed. Exactly what I hoped for from a minimalist fork.
The hand-sharpened edge glides through a roast like butter, and the 245mm length gives plenty of leverage without feeling clumsy. I've used it three times already and it still looks flawless, the sand-blasted finish doesn't show a single scratch.
