The matte sand-blasted finish is a nice touch—it doesn't slide around in my hand even when things get greasy. At 245mm, it's long enough to hold a roast steady without feeling clumsy.
The matte finish feels almost silky in the hand, and the laser-cut precision gives it a balanced weight that makes carving effortless. My roast chicken carved up cleanly with just a gentle push, no sawing needed. Exactly what I hoped for from a minimalist fork.
