Das SK15 hat eine 15 cm (5,9") lange Klinge, eine Gesamtlänge von 27 cm (10,6") und wiegt 180 g.

Beide Messer sind aus massivem Edelstahl (X50CrMoV15 / 1.4116 / 420MoV) geschmiedet. Typische Qualitätsmesser haben eine Härte von 55-56 Rockwell, wir übertreffen dies mit 58 Rockwell. Das bedeutet im Wesentlichen: Ein härteres Messer kann schärfer geschliffen werden und behält seine Schärfe länger.
