Nůž CK20 má čepel o délce 20 cm (7,9"), celková délka je 32 cm (12,6") a hmotnost 200 g.

Nůž SK15 má čepel o délce 15 cm (5,9"), celková délka je 27 cm (10,6") a hmotnost 180 g.

Oba nože jsou kované z masivní nerezové oceli (X50CrMoV15 / 1.4116 / 420MoV). Běžný kvalitní nůž má tvrdost 55–56 Rockwell, my ji překračujeme na 58 Rockwell. To v praxi znamená: tvrdší nůž lze nabrousit do větší ostrosti a déle si ji udrží.
